In the third quarter of 2024, the performance of the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Israel showcased varied trends in downloads and active user numbers, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a prominent position with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 13.5K in early July to a lower 6.5K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users started at about 529K, peaking mid-quarter at 546K before declining to around 483K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a steady download rate starting at 7.4K and witnessing a gradual decrease to 4.5K by the end of the quarter. Its active user base saw fluctuations, starting at roughly 727K and peaking at 764K in late August, before closing the quarter at about 646K.

LETSTOP displayed a downward trend in downloads, beginning the quarter with 4.9K downloads and dropping significantly to just 359 by the end of September. Revenue for LETSTOP varied slightly, starting at $307 and ending at $366 in the final week of September.

Google Earth had a stable download trend, with numbers hovering around the 1.3K to 1.5K range throughout the quarter. Active users showed a slight decline from 6.2K in July to 6.1K by the end of September, indicating a consistent user engagement.

GPS Camera with Time Stamp witnessed an erratic download pattern, starting at 547, peaking at 3.1K in late July, and dropping to 378 by the end of the quarter. Its active users mirrored this trend, beginning at 938 and reaching 3.8K at its peak before settling at 2.3K.
